Join us weekly for progressive Brazilian Zouk training, community and social dancing! 💃🔥
📅 Term 4A: 3rd September – 8th October
📅 Term 4B: 15th October – 19th November
🔹 Foundations and Progressions are not suitable for complete beginners. Students should have completed Essentials or been assessed into Foundations before registering.
For this term, you do not need the usual Variations assessment to join ZoukGlow Progressions. Assessment levels remain intact, but the flexible course structure allows students to work with different levels of technique and complexity.

Our introductory Brazilian Zouk programme gives you the time and repetition needed to become comfortable with the essential movements. Collect your ten Zouk fundamentals, complete your assessment and begin your lifetime ZoukGlow student journey.
🎓 ZOUKGLOW FOUNDATIONS
Community class — not for complete beginners
🕗 8pm–9pm + Social
💰 £145 Full Term / £90 Half Term
Our community class brings together improvers through to advanced dancers. Explore creative combinations using the fundamentals that make you a skilled and sought-after social dancer, while training with students from across the ZoukGlow community.
🎓 ZOUKGLOW PROGRESSIONS
Headmovement Essentials & Variations
🕗 8pm–10pm + Social
💰 £220 Full Term / £135 Half Term
We’ll all train Foundations together from 8pm–9pm, followed by an hour combining headmovement technique and creative variations.
When teaching availability allows, we may split into groups. On other weeks, everyone will train together with layered options: newer students will develop safe and comfortable mechanics, while experienced dancers work with greater complexity, control and application.
You do not need the usual Variations assessment to join Progressions this term.
