Discover why we’re obsessed with Lambada - joyful, fun, easy to get started and a lot of crazy energy. We’ll show you all the fundamentals in this progressive course and you’ll be one of the Lamba Lunatics in no time.

An open level class for both leaders and followers to work concepts aimed at levelling up your body awareness, control, and expression.

Serving up Lambada magic that will make your heart glow. Starting with strong Foundations and progressing onto all the fun that this dance has to offer in its cleverest and coolest Variations.

This week we’re joined by Carlos Oliveira, internationally recognised for his creativity and musicality ✨
To make the most of this, we’ve slightly adjusted the class structure for a special training experience:

🎓 HEAD MOVEMENT CLASSES (Essentials + Variations)
🕖 7PM - 8PM
(Replaces usual 8pm session)

🎓 Jade & Carlos Pt1 (Included for All Students)
🕗 8PM - 9PM
(Open to all levels attending Thursday classes)

🎓 Jade & Carlos Pt2 (Optional Upgrade)
🕘 9PM - 10PM
💰 +£5 add-on (for registered ZLG Thursdays)

This final hour will focus on a deeper understanding of head movements from the master of Creativity, Musicality and Dynamics.
